My coach training and certification was completed through Hudson Institute of Coaching, one of the oldest and most respected training organizations in the field of coaching.
After completing my certification, I went on to earn and maintain the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, an achievement in expertise, experience, and training that only 30% of ICF coaches hold, worldwide.
Prior to starting my own business, I worked for Fortune 100 companies for over 16 years, including Johnson & Johnson and Georgia Pacific. I held positions in leadership, training, and sales, earning recognition and numerous awards, including being part of a select group of individuals to have earned a Johnson & Johnson Leadership Award.
In 2007, I made the entrepreneurial leap of starting my own business and have had the honor of using my talents, training and experience to help others be their best success, ever since.
