A coach is who I am, not just what I do.
Coaching is my gift. It is what I love to do and I am passionate about the amazing results people can achieve when we work together!
Growing up, I was always called an “old soul”. I have a sensitivity to people and their feelings. In school, this translated to being nominated by my peers as a Natural Helper and, as an adult, coaching would show up, repeatedly, as a leading strength in my career roles.
When I finally realized I could just do coaching – the part of all my previous work roles that I LOVED – it set me on the course to get certified and credentialed and, ultimately, to start my own business, so I could help others (like YOU) create their happiness!
Prior to starting her own company in 2009, Alicia worked for Fortune 100 companies for over 16 years, including Johnson & Johnson and Georgia Pacific. She earned recognition and awards in leadership, training, and sales, including being part of a select group of individuals to have achieved a Johnson & Johnson Leadership Award.
Her training and certification as a Coach was completed through Hudson Institute of Coaching, one of the oldest and most respected training organizations in the field of coaching.
Alicia went on to earn and maintain the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, an achievement in expertise, experience, and training that only 30% of ICF coaches have attained worldwide.
She is also an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC® Workstyle Assessments and Training and certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
